B2150 Need Info

I'm currently looking at purchasing a used B2150 HST 4x4 and have a few questions.
1. S/N is 55574 - What year?
2. Backhoe is a model 4520. Can anyone provide information on this? Dig depth, lift capacity, etc...
3. Is this the right backhoe for this tractor? It looks kind of small.
4. Does this model have any particular problems I need to be aware of?
5. What's a good price for it? It comes with a LA350 FEL, Backhoe BL 4520, 60" rear mount snow blower (Agrotrend 2yrs old), TSC 6" post hole digger, adn a 60" brush hog. Tractor has 2,400 hrs and looks to be in reasonable condition. Owner is asking $12,500.
